ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- General Requirements for All Courses
- O’Level Result: Minimum of 5 Credits including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB. _Not more than 2 sittings_.
- Age: Must be 16 years and above.

Program Duration O’Level Requirement Additional Requirement. Community Health Extension Worker CHEW 3 Years 5 Credits incl. Eng, Math, Bio, Chem, Phy Pass Entrance Exam + Interview. Junior CHEW JCHEW 2 Years 4 Credits incl. Eng, Bio + 2 passes Pass Entrance Exam. Pharmacy Technician 3 Years 5 Credits incl. Eng, Math, Bio, Chem, Phy Pass Entrance Exam. Medical Laboratory Technician 3 Years 5 Credits incl. Eng, Math, Bio, Chem, Phy Pass Entrance Exam

- Purchase of Admission Form
Usually ₦5,000 – ₦10,000.
- Application
Fill the form with O’Level details, personal info: O’Level result, Birth Certificate, 8 passport photos, Local Govt. Indigene Letter.
- Entrance Examination
- Test: English, Mathematics, Physics, Anatomy.
- Venue: Usually the college center.
- Screening & Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited for physical screening. They check original documents.
- Admission List
Names are published on the school notice board. Admitted students pay acceptance fee to secure admission.
- Registration
Pay school fees, register courses, and get matriculation number. Registration with professional bodies like JCHEW starts in Year 1.
- OTHER ADMISSION ROUTES
- Direct Entry: HND holders can do 2-year conversion to B.Sc with universities
- Transfer: Students from other Health Tech colleges can transfer with transcript + JCHEW approval.
- IMPORTANT NOTES
Cut-off Mark: Usually 50% and above in the entrance exam.
Quota System: Admission considers catchment area, merit, and educationally disadvantaged states.
No Admission Without Exam: All candidates must sit for the college entrance exam, even with good O’Level.
